1. Accountant (1 Position Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Report the overall Accounting and Financial activities in accordance to IAS and MASB standards

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in Accounting
  2. Must be a member of MIA / CPA, Completed ACCA / CIMA
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting operations
  4. Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  5. Possess strong analytical skills in financial variance analysis and costing
  6. Willing to work in Taman Mayang, Kelana Jaya

2. Accounts Assistant (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure all daily transactions are recorded and updated in the specific records
  2. Perform sourcing and ensure timely delivery of goods
  3. To issue statement of account, debit note, credit note and filing of invoices
  4. Execute data entry and tracking

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
  2. Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word
  3. Required language(s) : English, Mandarin
  4. Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Kelana Jaya
  5. Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

3. Accounts Executive (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. To prepare full set accounts, balance sheet, and profit and loss (P&L) report
  2. To maintain timely and accurate inter-company transactions and perform regular Balance Sheets and reconciliations
  3. To supervise the daily basic accounting functions
  4. To prepare and check monthly accounting journal entries to post into system
  5. To check and finalize all companies financial statement within the imposed due date
  6. To ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded
  7. To work closely with other departments to ensure the data accuracy of capturing into accounting system
  8. To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time

Requirements :

  1. Minimimum Diploma / Degree in related field
  2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field
  3. Able to handle full set of account
  4. Able to start work immediately

4. Purchasing Assistant (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop new suppliers, request sample for production to test, negotiate pricing and terms
  2. Compare supplies example : pricing, delivery on time and good service
  3. To ensure orders come in according to schedule in order for production to run smoothly
  4. To ensure all records of goods ordered and received
  5. To cancel the Purchase Requisition if the stock in warehouse is still high
  6. Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries
  7. To hold the delivery if the quality is not acceptable
  8. To make claims against supplier if the goods supplied from them are rejected by our customers
  9. Assist the buyer in project costing reports
  10. Liaise with Account Department on payment matters

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in related field
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  3. Experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
  4. Knowledge in handling import and export documentations

5. Culinary Manager

Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure high standards are consistently upheld in all areas and provide clear feedback to employees
  2. Manage rules and policies fairly and consistently
  3. Promote teamwork throughout the restaurant on each shift resulting in the delivery of an excellent guest and employee experience
  4. Utilize all labor management tools and reports to ensure that all employees are being utilized appropriately and shift labor expectations are met
  5. Lead the guest satisfaction experience resulting in sales and guest count growth
  6. Support Restaurant Manager, Staffing and Training to ensure proper staffing levels
  7. Responsible for the pre-post shift communication
  8. Oversee food production and line activities to ensure that top-quality food is prepared and served and meets standards for proper temperature, portioning and presentation
  9. Ensure the adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines in the restaurant
  10. Ensure the safety and sanitation of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  11. Establish guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example and follow-through
  12. Utilizes the guest recovery process. Manages employees behavior through proper handling of guest feedback
  13. Leads the overall lobby, bar, to go and guest dining experience
  14. Ensures the tools, processes and training are in place to all service areas – lobby, dining room, To Go
  15. Sources, selects and supports a highly capable workforce for service positions (e.g. lobby, bar, busser, To Go, service assistant and server) that reflects the diversity of the community we serve
  16. Delivers timely performance review feedback for the Service Professionals and Certified Trainers
  17. Provides Green Team structure and guidance
  18. Responsible for the beverage and add-on result
  19. Responsible for beverages costs and waste
  20. Manages the implements of new beverages product roll outs
  21. Sets clear operational improvement objectives; implement specific action plans; communicates goals and results to team

Requirements :

  1. At least Degree in Management, Food Service or a Hospitality-related field is preferred
  2. At least 2-4 years of working experience and culinary skills
  3. At least 3-5 years of working experience in F&B
  4. Training / Knowledge or Certification in Culinary and F&B will be an added advantage

6. Trade Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :

  1. Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives through corporate sales
  2. Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance
  3. Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans
  4. Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with new customers
  5. Coordinate communication of price, product and package changes
  6. Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities
  7. Coordinates activities associated to organization participation at trade shows or events

Requirements :

  1. Strong, classic Trade/Customer Marketing background with minimum 3-5 years’ experience
  2. Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages and dialects
  3. The ability to intereact successfully across cultures
  4. Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills and strong judgement and decision making
  5. Able to meet tight deadlines
  6. Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory
  7. Must be a team player

7. HR Assistant (Payroll)

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Payroll Process
  2. To ensure the functional of system is accurate and relevant to payroll process
  3. Involved in data conversion activities, functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps
  4. To assist team to manage and understand the job scopes of each specialists, creating back-ups among team and act as an internal trainer/ mentor to the team
  5. To ensure staffs have the right skills to carry out their duty
  6. Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material
  7. Perform training/ orientation for payroll function to ensure the fluency of monthly payroll process
  8. 60% payroll, 40% C&B
  9. To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
