Please keep the cake to chiller within 30 minutes to avoid melting and maintain the quality of the cake. All cakes must be kept refrigerated (2°c – 6°c) at all times before serving.
Our cakes are made using fresh ingredients, we strongly recommend to consume the cake within the same day of purchase.
If there’s any leftovers, please keep the cake fully sealed in an air-tight plastic container in the fridge to prevent dehydration/contamination and consume as soon as possible.
Our cakes generally range from approximately ±6 to ±9 inches in diameter.
±6-inch cake: Ideal for small birthday parties or intimate family celebrations.
±7–7.5-inch cake: Great for office gatherings or anniversary dinners.
±8–8.5-inch cake: Perfect for holiday feasts and festive get-togethers.
±9-inch cake: Best for larger events such as milestone birthdays, engagements, or intimate weddings.
If you are looking for customized size cake, you may contact the nearest outlet to you to place order. We do not offer delivery service for customized size cake and customer is required to arrange self-pickup for the cake at the nearest outlet. Please be noted that the outlet needs at least 5-7 days to process your order.

Our cake's size can be customized based on recipe (e.g. 1 recipe = 2KG, 2 recipe = 4KG) instead of weight (KG).

Our cheesecake bases use biscuits or cookies, which generally contain butter and may also include eggs and milk. All cheesecakes may contain fish-based gelatin and are therefore not suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Our Signature Black Forest Cake’s dark cherry coulis is made with real cherries for a naturally authentic flavour. While we take great care in its preparation, a cherry pit may occasionally be present. If that happens, simply remove it and continue enjoying your cake.

You can show your order details to Secret Recipe staff once you arrive at the outlet. Secret Recipe staff will pass you the order with takeaway packaging.

Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the location of the delivery address. You can check the delivery charges for your order during checkout.
There is no minimum order requirement for both Pick Up & Delivery service.

Yes, you can place an order as a guest instead of a member. You may also log in to enjoy member exclusive deals and rewards.

Yes, we can write a simple message on the cake upon request. Please provide your message to us at the "Special instructions" column.
Yes, a knife will be provided for all cake orders. You may request for the number of candles at the "Special instructions" column.
Our pick-up and delivery services only accepts local giro and credit cards issued by Malaysian banks for the time being.
Perhaps you may consider to ask your Malaysia friends to help make purchase on behalf.
We accepts both debit/credit cards (Visa & Master), FPX, E-Wallet (TnG, Grabpay, Maybank, Boost, Shopee and etc.)
No cancellation and changes allowed if the order has been full prepared. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.
Once orders have been processed, refunds or changes to the orders will not be possible.
Please reach out to our Customer Service team at feedback@secretrecipe.com.my to check on the status of your delivery. Our team will investigate accordingly and provide you with a refund should it be ascertained that the delivery to you was not made. Should it be ascertained that if no one was at the location to accept delivery for the allocated time slot, no refund will be provided.

You will see an error message if the transaction was unsuccessful. Your credit card will not be charged if the transaction was unsuccessful. In this event, do take note of the error message and notify Secret Recipe office via email feedback@secretrecipe.com.my for investigation purposes.
Please make sure to check the items upon delivery as once the items have been collected, we will not be able to take responsibility for any damage.
If the items are indeed damaged at the point of delivery (the driver will usually be able to make an assessment), please reach out to our Customer Service team at feedback@secretrecipe.com.my.

Membership tier changed because it is based on the total spending within a rolling 120-day period. To maintain or upgrade tier, members must meet the required spending threshold during this timeframe. The tiers are defined as follows: Member (RM0–RM199), Super Fans (RM200–RM399), and Sweet Elite (RM400 and above). Tier status is reviewed and updated automatically every 120 days based on the qualifying spend. If members spending falls below the required threshold, member tier may be downgraded.
