1. PAYROLL MANAGER 

Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide support to payroll team for effective payroll processing
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
-
 Ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll processing function
- Ensure data in the system is maintained and updated
- Develop effective workflow process and efficient manpower planning
- Develop and execute policies related to payroll

Requirements:
Ö        Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or any related field
Ö        Strong knowledge of payroll software and Malaysian Labour Laws and practices
Ö        Experienced in payroll management for more than 1,000 employees
Ö        Min 10 years of payroll related experience 
Ö        Aged 35 and above

2. MANAGER - SALES PROMOTION 

Responsibilities:
- Leads the Promotional & Product Planning for nationwide chain
- Take lead in co-ordinating Product launches, Promotional activites and Distributions
  of marketing materials to ensure effective and timely activities are rolled out for the brand
- Actively follow through, track, monitor, and analyze the execution of all Promotional
  Campaigns and Products Launches to ensure targets are met
- Provide reports and evaluations of Promotional Campaigns and New Product Launches
  including response rates and sales measurements against targets
- Provide Promotions, Products and Services briefing and training of new launches and
  promotional activities to the Operations and Franchise team
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of in-store promotional materials and display ideas
 

 

Requirements:
Ö        Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
Ö        Min. 2-3 years in the similar capacity, preferably those in the retail operations
Ö        Good analytical and reporting skills
Ö       Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively
      as a contributing team member within cross functional team
Ö      Matured, motivated self starter with keen intellect, creative and ability to co-ordinate and
      manage complex activities on time in a fast-paced environment
Ö      Proven track record in achieving positive results
Ö      Possess own transport

3. ACCOUNTANT 

 

Responsibilities:
- Report the overall Accounting and Financial activities in accordance to IAS and MASB standards

Requirements:
Ö        Bachelor of Accounting or professional qualification in Accounting
Ö        Member of MIA/CPA and/or other accounting bodies
Ö        Min 3 years of experience in accounting operations
Ö      In-depth knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Costing, Budgeting and Financial Reporting
Ö     Possess strong analytical skills in financial, variance analysis and costing
Ö      Agile and able to meet deadlines and targets
 

 

          4. ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

          Responsibilities:
          - Handle licence application
          - Execute from initial to completion of Halal certification
          - Responsible for insurance matters
          - Handle administrative tasks

           Requirements:
              Ö        Recognized Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
              Ö        Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
              Ö        Good command of verbal and written English and BM
              Ö      Computer literate and possess strong writing skills
              Ö      Able to multi-task
              Ö      Aged between 23 and 30

 

           5. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - FRONT DESK


          Responsibilities:
          - Handle telephone calls
          - Handle reception duties 
          - Handle incoming/outgoing documents and mails
          - Maintain stock of stationaries
          - Assist in any administrative and ad-hoc assignments as and when required
          - General office duties

           Requirements:
              Ö        At least SPM or higher level of education
              Ö        Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
              Ö        Computer literate
              Ö      Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
          
Ö       Able to commence work immediately


           6. HUMAN RESOURCE - PAYROLL ASSISTANT


          Responsibilities:
          - Assist in Human Resource functions which includes administrative and payroll duties

          Requirements:
             Ö        Min Diploma in Human Resource / Business Studies
             Ö        Min 1 year experience in payroll processing
             Ö        Strong communication and human relations skills
             Ö      Commited, responsible, independent and meticulous
             
 

           7. HUMAN RESOURCE - ADMINISTRATIVE

          Responsibilities:
          - Data entry
          - Handle general clerical duties

          Requirements:
             Ö        Min SPM level
             Ö        Computer literate
             Ö        Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
             Ö     Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
             
Ö     Able to commence work immediately

           8. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

          Responsibilities:
          - Ensure all daily transactions are recorded and updated in the specific record
          - Handle daily documentation and filing
          - Execute data entry and tracking

          Requirements:
             Ö        Min SPM or Diploma in Accounting
             Ö     Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply
             
Ö     Meticulous and patient


           9. AUDIT ASSISTANTS ( 5 vacancies )

          Responsibilities:
          - Conduct field audits of the outlets
          - Assist in the preparaton of audit reports
          - Assist in conducting internal audits
          - Handle daily documentation and filing
          - Monitor inventory system

          Requirements:
             Ö        Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
             Ö     Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
             
Ö     Work experienced in auditing would be an added advantage
          Ö     Possessing own transport is an added advantage

           10. PURCHASING ASSISTANT

          Responsibilities:
          - Handle purchase orders and document delivery orders
          - Perform sourcing and ensure timely delivery of goods
          - Ensure quality and quantity of goods meet the required specifications
          - In charge of outlet maintenance coordination

          Requirements:
             Ö        Certificate or Diploma qualification in any related field
             Ö     Experience in a similar capacity as in advantage
             

          11. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - RETAIL OPERATIONS

          Requirements:
          - Degree in F&B related course
          - Fluent in oral and written English or Bahasa Malaysia to communicate at all levels  
          - Possess excellent interpersonal and strong analytical skills
          - Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude
          - Passionate about customer service
          - Resourceful, young and energetic
          - Willing to work in a semi-fine dining restaurant
          - Willing to work on a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Ö        At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Ö        Must possess own transport & willing to travel 

14. SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (Klang Valley outlet)

Requirements:

Ö        Must possess at least a Diploma in any field
Ö        At least 2 years working experience in the related field
Ö        Strong in communication skills
Ö        Able to work under minimum supervision 

15. SERVICE CREW / KITCHEN CREW (Klang Valley outlet)

Requirements:

Ö        Minimum SPM qualification
Ö        Pleasant personality with interpersonal skills with good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Ö        Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
