1. Accounts Assistant

  1. Ensure all daily transactions are recorded and updated in the specific records
  2. Perform sourcing and ensure timely delivery of goods
  3. To issue statement of account, debit note, credit note and filing of invoices

2. Purchasing Assistant

  1. Develop new suppliers, request sample for production to test, negotiate pricing and terms
  2. Compare supplies example : pricing, delivery on time and good service
  3. To ensure orders come in according to schedule in order for production to run smoothly
  4. To ensure all records of goods ordered and received
  5. To cancel the Purchase Requisition if the stock in warehouse is still high
  6. Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries
  7. To hold the delivery if the quality is not acceptable
  8. To make claims against supplier if the goods supplied from them are rejected by our customers
  9. Assist the buyer in project costing reports
  10. Liaise with Account Department on payment matters

3. HR Assistant

  1. Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Payroll Process
  2. To ensure the functional of system is accurate and relevant to payroll process
  3. Involved in data conversion activities, functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps
  4. To assist team to manage and understand the job scopes of each specialists, creating back-ups among team and act as an internal trainer/ mentor to the team
  5. To ensure staffs have the right skills to carry out their duty
  6. Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material
  7. Perform training/ orientation for payroll function to ensure the fluency of monthly payroll process

4. Café Manager

(5 Positions Available)
  1. The main responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer service in terms of speed, service, sequence, etiquette, food quality and exceed customers’ satisfaction consistently
  2. Providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure daily café’s operation are managed effectively and customers’ satisfaction achieved consistently
  3. Work with the team closely to ensure full compliance of the SOP
  4. Be responsible, handle / resolve customers’ complaint promptly and courteously
  5. Responsible for making sure all complaints and feedback are reported to Area Manager (AM) or Senior Area Manager (SAM) in charge immediately for further action
  6. Be responsible and provide on job training and monitoring to all new and existing staff consistently
  7. Take responsibilities and monitor the performance and welfare of the staff, Service Coordinator and Supervisor in your team. Making sure they adhere to their job scope, standards and SOP
  8. Strictly adhere and be compliance to the financial control procedures
  9. Implementing promotional activities and tracking the results, giving feedback on customers’ comments for improvement
  10. Work closely with SAM and the team to achieve sales target, cost and wastage reduction guidelines, quality of food and service at zero tolerance on variance and pilferage
  11. Effective management of the team to ensure an acceptable standards of staff discipline and professionalism is achieved
  12. To monitor and minimize wastages, breakages, pilferage, food quality and variance
  1. At least Diploma/ Bachelors in Hospitality, F&B management or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same management capacity within the F&B/ retail industry

5. Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

(9 Positions Available)
  1. The main responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer service in terms of speed, service, sequence, etiquette, food quality and exceed customers’ satisfaction consistently
  2. Providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure daily café’s operation are managed effectively and customers’ satisfaction achieved consistently. Consult the AM when assistance is required.
  3. Paying serious attention to customer service by making sure all customers are satisfied with our service. Making sure all crew demonstrate friendliness, interest and care towards all customers equally and consistently
  4. Responsible for table visitation to check on customers’ satisfaction in a very personalized and professional manner consistently
  5. Be responsible, handle / resolve customers’ complaint promptly and courteously without being defensive. Responsible for making sure all complaints and feedback are reported to CM or AM in charge immediately for further action.
  6. Giving written feedback on operational issues arise and ensure that corrective actions are completed by active communication and follow ups
  7. Be responsible and provide on job training and monitoring to all new and existing staff consistently during the absent of manager
  8. Responsible for scheduling and staffing in the absent of manager. Be responsible for staff welfare in the absent of manager
  9. Strictly adhere and be compliance to the financial control procedures, daily check on cash register, management, safety, accuracy of cash transactions and movement, handling over procedure is practiced consistently, bank-in slip are submitted promptly, and the various critical paperwork identified with managing the outlet effectively like; time sheet, leave application, effective rostering meet the submission datelines.

-Ensures that outlet teams are delivering excellent customer service in the area

-Ensures that all customer feedback is appropriately addressed

b)Operations

-Ensures that outlets are operating with excellence by conducting timely restaurant visitations, QSC audits and frequent communication with outlet leadership. This includes:

➢ Compliance with all legal, financial and operating company policies and procedures

➢ Food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, security and halal requirements are followed at all times

➢ All in outlet SOPs are strictly adhered to at all times

➢ All products and services going out to customers are of high quality and within standard

➢ Outlet is well kept and maintained, representing the brand appropriately

8. Audit Assistant

  1. To visit outlets/warehouses on a regular basis to check on the outlets/warehouse inventory and operating documents.
  2. To conduct the audit in line with cafe operational procedures and to report any findings those are not in line with standard operational procedures.
  3. To submit the monthly reports of the audit findings to the management.
  4. Conduct inventory, daily transaction and physical cash check.
  5. To advise outlets and provide guidance in managing their shortages and inventory handling.
  6. To investigate and report on any cases suspected of pilferages or bad management of the inventory.
  1. Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
