1. Data Entry Assistant (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Key-in data into system
  2. Updating of invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders into the system
  3. Answer inbound and outbound calls
  4. To perform any ad-hoc tasks given

Requirements :

  1. Minimum SPM qualification
  2. Computer literate and proficient with MS Word
  3. Willing to work on weekends

2. Accountant (1 Position Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Report the overall Accounting and Financial activities in accordance to IAS and MASB standards

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in Accounting
  2. Must be a member of MIA / CPA, Completed ACCA / CIMA
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting operations
  4. Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  5. Possess strong analytical skills in financial variance analysis and costing

3. Accounts Assistant (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure all daily transactions are recorded and updated in the specific records
  2. Perform sourcing and ensure timely delivery of goods
  3. To issue statement of account, debit note, credit note and filing of invoices
  4. Execute data entry and tracking

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent

4. Accounts Executive (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. To prepare full set accounts, balance sheet, and profit and loss (P&L) report
  2. To maintain timely and accurate inter-company transactions and perform regular Balance Sheets and reconciliations
  3. To supervise the daily basic accounting functions
  4. To prepare and check monthly accounting journal entries to post into system
  5. To check and finalize all companies financial statement within the imposed due date
  6. To ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded
  7. To work closely with other departments to ensure the data accuracy of capturing into accounting system
  8. To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time

Requirements :

5. Audit Executive (1 Position Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Conducts assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end
  2. Identifies and communicates issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk
  3. Supervises junior auditors assigned to engagements providing guidance and overall review of deliverables Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk
  4. Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives
  5. Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented

7. Purchasing Assistant (2 Positions Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop new suppliers, request sample for production to test, negotiate pricing and terms
  2. Compare supplies example : pricing, delivery on time and good service
  3. To ensure orders come in according to schedule in order for production to run smoothly
  4. To ensure all records of goods ordered and received
  5. To cancel the Purchase Requisition if the stock in warehouse is still high
  6. Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries
  7. To hold the delivery if the quality is not acceptable
  8. To make claims against supplier if the goods supplied from them are rejected by our customers
  9. Assist the buyer in project costing reports
  10. Liaise with Account Department on payment matters

Requirements :

8. Shipping Executive (1 Position Available)

Responsibilities :

  1. Dealing with all import and export documentation and ensuring it is fully accurate
  2. Dealing with import and export permit and ensuring it is fully accurate
  3. Liaise with Ministry of Health in order to obtain Health Certificate for importation and exportation purpose
  4. Ensure the current and timely execution of all logistic aspects including customs
  5. Keep abreast of latest developments in the field and to advise superiors accordingly for implementation of the latest systems/equipments/items, processes and upgrades
  6. Liaise with existing and new clients on assignment, coordinating the company logistics activities
  7. Ensure information received from the suppliers relating to changes in delivery dates are communicated to the relevant internal personnel and the ERP system is updated
  8. Assist in processing orders and expedite deliveries
  9. Perform the verification of incoming goods with purchase order in coordination with warehouse
  10. Coordinate with finance regarding due payments for customers
  11. To prove technical, legal / statutory, commercial inputs and assist in the implementation of all procurement systems in the organization to ensure that these are undertaken scheduled

9. Franchise / Relationship Executive

Responsibilities :

  1. Continually improve the overall financial performance to achieve maximum profitability of outlets and company
  2. To support the franchisees with the view to increase sales & profitability and business improvement
  3. To coordinate, set up and manage new outlets opening from ground zero which includes renovation, arrangement of equipments & machineries, training and other related matters to ensure smooth opening
  4. Liaise with Marketing and Business Support team on the planning of setting up the Franchisee operations
  5. To develop overall business strategies and evolve business models for Secret Recipe for revenue and profit growth
  6. To lead a franchise team in order to ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are achieved
  7. To lead a franchise team in order to launch a new product, as well as franchise stores and end user promotions
  8. To implement brand awareness building program and new product communication programs for all Secret Recipe franchisees
  9. Timely submission of monthly reports to head office and ensure accuracy of reports submitted
  10. Increase market share and strengthen customer portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market
  11. To carry out all phases of the business development including preparing of business proposal, making presentations and project implementation
  12. Oversee, review and report on business development programs and activities to Senior Management and Board as required
  13. Site inspection, evaluating environmental surveys, and to ensure site operation of excellence
  14. Working in field and conduct QSC assessment in order to get the first hand information about the business operations

11. Training Manager

Responsibilities :

  1. Propose, develop new employee development programme according to company and individual needs
  2. Develop, revise, update, deliver and evaluate training course
  3. Conduct training and analysis
  4. Meet with course / programme participant to review learning progress and evaluate training effectiveness
  5. Develop testing and evaluation procedures and solutions

Requirements :

  1. At least Diploma in Management, Food Service or a Hospitality-related field is preferred
  2. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu with good presentation skills
  3. Able to articulate specific training
  4. Competency in knowledge and skill in F&B training
  5. Independent in doing field visits to outlets
  6. Strong management and leadership skills

12. Culinary Manager

Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure high standards are consistently upheld in all areas and provide clear feedback to employees
  2. Manage rules and policies fairly and consistently
  3. Promote teamwork throughout the restaurant on each shift resulting in the delivery of an excellent guest and employee experience
  4. Utilize all labor management tools and reports to ensure that all employees are being utilized appropriately and shift labor expectations are met
  5. Lead the guest satisfaction experience resulting in sales and guest count growth
  6. Support Restaurant Manager, Staffing and Training to ensure proper staffing levels
  7. Responsible for the pre-post shift communication
  8. Oversee food production and line activities to ensure that top-quality food is prepared and served and meets standards for proper temperature, portioning and presentation
  9. Ensure the adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines in the restaurant
